Before you purchase ammunition or firearms from this website, you must agree to our Terms and Conditions. This means that you have checked your local laws and that those local laws allow you to purchase and receive ammunition and/or firearms you purchase. By purchasing, you are guaranteeing your compliance with local, state and federal law.

By registering with just-the-tip-ammunition.com, owned by Just the Tip Ammunition Inc., you confirm that you are of appropriate age to purchase ammunition and/or firearms and there are no local, state or federal laws prohibiting you from purchasing, receiving or owning ammunition. All customers must agree to Just the Tip Ammunition LLC.’s terms and conditions before an order is placed. All orders will be reviewed.

Customer Acknowledges:

• I am twenty-one (21) or older if purchasing handguns or handgun ammunition.
• I am eighteen (18) or older if purchasing rifles, shotguns or long-gun ammunition.
• I am not under indictment for and have never been convicted in any court of law of a crime punishable by imprisonment for over one year.
• I am not a fugitive from justice.
• I am not an unlawful user or addicted to any controlled substance.
• I have been adjudicated as a mental defective and I have not been committed to any mental institution.
• I am not an illegal or unlawful alien.
• I have never been and I am not expected to be discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions.
• I have not renounced my US citizenship.
• I am currently not subject to a restraining order of any kind.
• I have never been and I am not expected to be convicted in any court of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
• By selling or delivering ammunition to me, Just the Tip Ammunition LLC., is not violating any state or local laws.

Shipping Policy:

Just the Tip Ammunition LLC. does not ship outside the continental United States.

All Firearms must be shipped to an FFL and we must have a copy of the FFL on file before shipment can take place.

We cannot ship to PO boxes.

All ammunition must be shipped via ground shipping according to federal law.

Order Changes

Once you submit your order and it has been shipped we cannot change or cancel your order. Any changes or cancellations after shipment will be subject to our return policy.

Errors

Just the Tip Ammunition LLC. is not responsible for any typographical errors, pricing errors or any other errors on our website. Should you happen to find a mistake, please let us know. We reserve the right to change the website at any time.
